Well a year is a long time so to keep the coals warm Wretch drops a free download ‘Wretchercise Mixtape’  featuring Kano, Chip, Loick Essien, Krept & Konan, Beverly Knight, Scorcher and Kyra.

The first promo off the ‘Wretchercise Mixtape’ is ‘Action Man’ which Wretch recorded while on tour. Now thats what you call dedicated to the game.
